Loss & Liability Assessment Services ENTEK performs loss assessment services for situations involving fires, explosions, natural disasters, design errors, building failures, and equipment malfunctions. We develop scope of damages on behalf of the insurers, including recommendations for remediation, testing and estimated costs, as well as evaluating and developing cost and scope comparisons of the owner's scope of damages. ENTEK is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can mobilize quickly and efficiently following a loss providing the insurance carrier more complete information regarding the extent of a loss. Estimating Services ENTEK utilizes computerized estimating systems to produce accurate and timely loss documentation costing. ENTEK project investigation, design and management experience enables ENTEK to provide estimates that are based on “real world” conditions that can be carried out in the field. ENTEK has in-depth knowledge of regulations across the country that effect the costing of a loss. ENTEK performs critical reviews and documents regulatory requirements to ensure that all estimates reflect the work required to settle the loss with no hidden surprises. ENTEK’s site investigation teams compile and document actual conditions in hazardous and non-hazardous areas. Extensive field documentation enables ENTEK to understand the loss completely which is carried through to the final cost estimate which is fully dependable. . Remediation Design & Project Management ENTEK provides full design services, project management and monitoring for all types of environmental remediation. Projects have included asbestos abatement and selected demolition of fire damaged structures, lead paint abatement, PCBs, contaminated soil removal and leaking underground storage tanks. ENTEK's knowledge of remediation alternatives and federal and state regulations allows for cost-effective and timely remediation. ENTEK provides field investigations, computer simulations, structural modeling and calculations necessary to determine the cause of building failures ranging from catastrophic structural failures to individual component failure. ENTEK can also provide structural engineering and AutoCAD drafting services for repairs to failed building elements Cost Documentation ENTEK provides cost auditing services to fully evaluate the costs associated with a loss. This includes labor cost evaluation, materials used in remediation/reconstruction, evaluation of expediting costs and project management costs. . Settlement Conferences &Expert Witness Services ENTEK principals are experienced in negotiating scope and cost issues relating to insurance losses, typically saving clients millions of dollars.
